BEe Healing Guild Gathering was a wonderful, laid back and inspirational event. I was honored to speak with and work with some of our nation's most notable treatment-free beekeepers. Les Crowder, Corwin Bell, Jacqueline Freeman, Lady Moon Cerelli presented on the world of bees and our sensitive bee-centric, bee communication methodologies. Benjamin Pixie spoke of his alchemical deliciousness and Don Huber brought us down to earth on some alarming and imminent statistics about glyphosate and human health.
Many people came to me to talk about the deeply spiritual tone of our work and as I sat back and observed the others speaking, my heart was gladdened at the truth of this statement. All the presenters had a deep and passionate sense of connection, sense of direction and dedication to the world of the bee and the betterment of their world. Each of us having turned our life over to the care of bees and presenting from this perspective. I know it was refreshing and exciting to present in this environment and I was very moved and inspired by the speakers and attendees devotion and interest in this type of work.
We closed the event with a small circle dance led by Tarelton Brooks. Music by Laura Shannon, a friend we met in Scotland who works regularly in Greece. We left the circle open to represent those that were with us in spirit, and of course, the bees. It was a sweet moment that I invite you to share with us....
We will be holding this gathering again next year in North Carolina, so stay tuned to this webpage to receive more information on this and more gatherings.
